Uninstall DriverEasy on PC – Program’s Removal Instruction

What is Driver Easy — A tool that helps you take care of the driver problems. It can auto-detect and download the latest suitable hardware for your computer by just several clicks. How Do I Regularly Uninstall DriverEasy on PC?
Compared to Windows 8, the main difference of Windows 10 is that it provides a brand new Start menu other than the Start screen, and these two can be easily switched between each other. In the following steps, I particularly listed the steps you can take via the Start menu in Windows 10 along with those in Windows 7/8. Hopefully they see to every reader’s needs.
First of all, make sure you’re using an Administrator account. If your system never had a second account, ignore this, then start the removal right away:
1. Close Driver Easy.
Quit the DriverEasy program from running in the background no matter what. It may not be necessary towards the removal of some programs, but just in case.
2. Open the list of currently installed programs.
Windows 7: open the Start menu > Control Panel > Uninstall a program
Windows 8: right-click on the Start button > Programs and Features
Windows 10: open the Start menu > Settings > System > Apps & features
3. Uninstall DriverEasy from the programs list.
Click on DriverEasy > Uninstall or Double-click DriverEasy to activate its built-in uninstaller > confirm the removal > wait for the wizard to finish the process.
4. Open the Windows Registry Editor.
Windows 7: open the Start menu > Execute “regedit” in the search box
Windows 8: point your mouse to the bottom-right corner > Search > Execute “regedit” in the box
Windows 10: open the Start menu > Execute “regedit” in the search box
5. Delete the vestiges to completely uninstall DriverEasy from your PC.
Now you’re removing the files that regular uninstallation might leave behind. Before doing this, you might want to read How to Back up & Restore the Registry in case of any mistaken deletion.
Then on the navigator of Registry Editor, click Edit > Find… > search for “DriverEasy” > Delete the file (s)/folder (s) if found.
6. Restart your PC to take effect.
Then check your system tray (right end of the taskbar) and Task Manager (hit Ctrl + Alt + Del to open), if DriverEasy is not there then the removal was successful.
How Do I Uninstall DriverEasy More Efficiently?

Then here are specific steps to follow:
1. Download & install Max Uninstaller.
2. Uninstall DriverEasy by going through: Select DriverEasy > Click Run Analysis > Click Complete Uninstall.
3. Delete the remaining files (registry entries) by doing: Click Scan Leftovers > Click Delete Leftovers.
Clicking/tapping Back to Step1 will bring you back to the list of currently installed programs, so that you can check whether the uninstall was successful. How to Update Drivers in Windows?
And…why? Hardware can’t even work without the driver software. Many users still don’t understand the importance of getting the latest drivers, which ensure the hardware deliver the best and normal experience. So how to manually update drivers on your PC?
You should always check with the hardware manufacturer first when looking for an updated driver. When downloaded direct from the hardware maker, you’ll know the driver is both and the most recent for the hardware. If no drivers are available from the hardware maker, check the disc that came with your PC and piece of hardware, or directly use Windows Update:
1. Open Device Manager.
2. Click/tap > or [+] to open the category that you think contains the device you want to update the drivers for.
3. Right-click/press & hold on the hardware’s name or icon, and select Update Driver Software.
4. Better restart your PC, even if you’re not prompted to do so.
