CNET TechTracker is a freeware by CNET, the feature of this program is to keep software in your computer up-to-date by automatically notifying you if there is any update available. However, many  users are not satisfied with CNET TechTracker as this program contains a few bothersome bugs, it sometimes delivers inaccurate update message that misleads the users, it also bring boresome pop-ups continually asking people to join CNET which is pretty annoying.
