Correctly Remove Samurize Step by Step – Windows Guides

What is Samurize?

Serious Samurize (or simply Samurize) is a freeware system monitoring and desktop enhancement engine for Microsoft Windows. The core of this program is the desktop client that shows you PC statistics anywhere on the screen. Step 1. If possible, make sure Samurize is not running first.

Shut down the program from the System Tray in the bottom-right corner of your screen, and end every process associated with it in the Task Manager (Press & hold Ctrl + Alt + Del to open). How to forcibly close a program that is not responding?

Step 2. Open the Programs and Features.

Right-click the Start button, and select Programs and Features.

Step 3. Remove Samurize by activating its default uninstaller.

You’re brought to the Programs list. Double-click Serious Samurize to activate its uninstall wizard.

Step 4. Let the built-in uninstall wizard finishes its job.

Confirm this removal and wait for the process to finish.

Step 5. Go to the Registry Editor.

Use the Search box on the Taskbar again – type “regeidt” in it and select regedit in the results to open the Registry Editor, where the leftovers can be found.

Step 6. Delete the vestiges to completely remove Samurize.

When a program is uninstalled, there is a high chance that there will be remaining files which are left behind on the system, and they are useless because the program is no longer there to use them, but they still take up part of the disk space. Therefore you need to track them down.

Before doing this, you can choose to Back Up the Registry in case of any mistakes that cause the permanent loss of your data. Then continue the removal:

Delete this folder: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Serious Samurize. Then on the navigator of Registry Editor window, click Edit > Find…, then enter “Samurize” to find the related file(s)/folder(s), right-click it(them) and select Delete.

Step 7. Restart your computer.

If you like, go back to the System Tray, Task Manager or Control Panel and check whether the program has been removed. To do the cleaning in an simpler way, feel free to try the following steps.

How to Remove Samurize Using Max Uninstaller

This is another option you can take to easily remove Samurize and any other stubborn/unwanted programs. Only 3 steps you need to go through:

Step 1. Download & install Max Uninstaller.
