Uninstall/Remove GoToMyPC Completely – How to Guide

• Go to Start > My Computer
• Navigate to the drive where you install GoToMyPC
• Right click on the folder name “Expertcity” and select “Delete”

• Right click on the Windows Recycle Bin and select “Empty the recycle bin”

• Click Start > Run
• Type regedit in the box and press Enter
• Click File menu in the Registry Editor and click Export option
• In the Export Range section, click “All”
• Select a location to store the backup file.
• Rename the file if necessary, then click “Save” button.
• Navigate the registry tree branch and locate the directory of HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE
• Right click to delete the folder of Expertcity

• Close the Registry Editor and reboot your computer.

Note: Registry Edition is dangers involved, make sure to confirm twice before you delete the registry key. If unfortunately you deleted a wrong key, use the File – Import to restore the registry.
