Part 1: Remove Plone from Add/Remove program
(For Windows XP/2000)
- Click Start > Control Panel
- In the Control Panel, select Add/Remove program
- Spot Plone in the installed program list and highlight it

- You will be asked “Are you sure you want to completely remove Plone 4.1 and all of its components?” Click “Yes” to proceed.

- Go to Start > Run.
- In the run window, type the commend of “regedit” in it, and click OK
- After you open Registry Editor, click on the file menu and select Export
- In the Export Range section, select “All”
- Named the backup file as “registry backup”.
- Select a location to save the file (Note: do not save in system drive) and click the Save button.
- Click the “+” sign of registry editor to navigate the registry branch on the left.
- Locate the below registry key folder showed in the below image, right click on it and select delete.
- Reboot your computer after the modification.
