Click on Tom Tome HOME > Uninstall or Double-click Tom Tom HOME to activate its default uninstaller > confirm the removal > wait for the wizard to finish the process.

Step 4: open the Windows Registry Editor.
Windows 7: open the Start menu > Execute “regedit” in the search box
Windows 8: point your mouse to the bottom-right corner > Search > Execute “regedit” in the box
Windows 10: Execute “regedit” in the taskbar box.

Step 5: delete the vestiges to completely uninstall Tom Tom HOME from your PC.

Maintenance You Can Do – Defragment Your Hard Disk

During the long-term use, there would be fragmentary spaces on your hard drives after many times of installation/removal. But through disk defragment, more space would be available.

1. Click the Start button, type “Disk Defragmenter” in the search box, select it in the results to open the tool

2. Under “Current Status”, select the disk you want to defragment. Doing this one by one won’t cost you much time on each.

3. You can click “Analyze disk” to determine whether the disk needs to be defragmented. If an administrator password or confirmation is required, do what it asks.

You can check the its progress in the Last Run column when the analysis is finished. A percentage lower than 10% means you should defragment the disk.

4. Then you can click “Defragment disk” to proceed. Give an administrator password or confirmation if it’s necessary.

How long it is going to take depends on your computer’s configuration. Other tasks can still be conducted during the process.
